              lol I added more, the last bottle of mustard was only good for 9 sandwiches.

                        Coated ribs with mustard, lots of brown sugar, coarse sea salt, and black pepper, leave at room temperature for 30mins before putting on smoker. Smoke 2.5hrs 225, foil cover 1 hour with 3oz to 4 oz beer 180, uncover bast with sweet baby rays for another 30 to 45min at 180.
