Okay so been hunting my mom a truck to use around the house/possibly me a dd when I stumbled upon......

After some communication with @Son of Libertydecided to ride up this past Saturday almost decided it wasn’t for me, but went for it so here we are.


First repair was get a new sliding glass installed, tighten down a loose clunking bed bolt and some old led tag lights/bulbs I had replaced outta my 05.

This is where it’s at now a days got a bumper and winch from a friend been awesome so far just been using it as a truck!

Figured out the other day hauling gravel that the truck never had bump stops on luckily had my old ones off my blue truck.

Installed a 3/4 driveshaft spacer from 4crawler offroad fixed a lot of the vibration, that and a loose flange off the tcase.

Also ordered a set of vtx wheels that should be here around September I was told.

How does that bed crank work?

It’s pretty awesome called a load hauler my dad had it from his old s10 you just roll out that conveyer belt material and put your material on top then crank that handle and it rolls it up and your stuff off the tailgate. Makes dumping a load of gravel a 5-10 min thing.

Well decided to start the front end upgrade installed jd fab uca and the c4 bumper reinforcement I had deleted the sway bar, and added some spidertrax wheel spacers I had. The nut rounded off on the ds uca so had to cut it off, turned into a pita so maybe I can finish the ps tomorrow and install my old ome nitto chargers off my blue truck their in better shape than these.

Well finally got it back on all four, still need to swap out rear shocks and do the ecgs bushing and getting close to be done for awhile.

I’m sure it’s okay but haven’t checked it’s got some ome coils idk what spring is on them, didn’t get any sag with the bumper though. The ds axle boot is cracking anyways so it’s getting replaced with a cvj axle I’ve got on hand when I do the ecgs bushing.
